League do for you?
Maintain and improve our public spaces and common areas

Hold an annual Earth Day event for Brookmont families to plant hundreds of new trees and bushes (300 per year) and cleanup activities.

Maintain public spaces by providing benches for the Green, maintain the traffic circle & stone pillar.

Advocate for responsible use of our public spaces & clean up after pets.

Lobby for improvements to Montgomery County's Brookmont playground, tennis courts, and athletic fields.
Bring our community together

Host popular family events: Valentine Waltz, Spring Egg Hunt, Earth Day plantings, 4th of July Parade, Halloween Party, Winter Solstice Party.

Maintain and manage the Brookmont email listserv and this website.

Publish our community phone directory, newsletter, and promote outreach by the Block Captains.

Support the Brookmont Farmer’s Market

Contribute to the Glen Echo Fire Department for their continued support.

Prepare for Brookmont’s 100th through programming for all 2025 Centennial activities.
Advocate on behalf of Brookmont

Liaise with the National Park Service regarding Lock 5 construction, Montgomery County for the upcoming bike path construction, and local communities regarding extensions to Sumner Village.

Support the Montgomery County Quiet Skies Coalition for safe and quiet airspace.

Liaise with Montgomery County Ride-On as needed.

Liaise with neighboring communities and Montgomery County Police regarding security concerns.

Contribute to the Brookmont Civic League.
